‍‍Operating under Expeditors' digital solutions division, Koho (Fleet Logistics*) is a freight management platform designed to move LTL freight more easily. From dock to door, Koho’s network of partnered carriers allows shippers to quote, book, track, and manage shipments all-in-one platform.

My role // 2021 - 2024
As Head of Product and Design, I oversee the product development cycle — I ensure all Koho's product initiatives are delivered on-time and as planned, and that our platform is easy-to-use in order to help drive customer acquisition and retention.

*Fleet Logistics, Koho's digital partner, was acquired by Expeditors in 2020. As a sole designer at Fleet, I was the go-to person for all things design. Together with a small product team of three, we successfully launched and improved several product features that led to company investment and acquisition.
